This 69 big block badass had been left outside to die a slow, painful death. The paint had dissolved and the Sun had burned it's signature into the fiberglass like hieroglyphics. We brought it back to life by first soda-blasting away its battle scars, re-glassing the fenders and rear deck, and a whole hella lot of block sanding - and then a whole hella lot more block sanding. The owner chose the most unforgiving of paints - pure black PPG pigment, the darkest, richest, wettest black available - so resurrecting this Vette was like resurrecting Frankenstein's monster. After many months of blood, sweat, tears and death threats (and a hella lot more block sanding) this beast is now a stunning black beauty, with a shine so deep you can slick on your Dippity-do and comb your pompadour in it!
